When processing your personal data, we take the utmost care of your privacy and the protection of the personal data you have provided to us. We adhere to the principles of legality, minimization, transparency, confidentiality and integrity.

In order to provide you with our and our goods, we need to know basic information about you, some of which have the nature of personal data under the GDPR Regulation and Data Protection Law 18/2018 of Slovak Republic. Purpose 1: Ordering and communication

If you decide to write to us or call us to order goods or services from us, we will process your personal data for the entire duration of our pre-contractual relationship.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of ordering the service is GDPR Article 6, letter b, ie the processing of personal data for the purposes of contract performance (Commercial Code No. 513/1991 Coll., Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting).

Specifically, we process the following information: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail, delivery and / or billing address. The stated personal data are processed using the contact form and e-mail, which are sent to the Controller’s e-mail box. The length of processing is during the duration of the (pre) contractual relationship, after its termination they are archived to a reasonable extent in accordance with Act no. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting

Purpose 2: Sale

If you order our goods or services, we will agree on the method of delivery – by courier or personal collection.

Purpose 3: Bereavement

In the event of a complaint procedure, we proceed in accordance with the general business conditions of Kora Bella s.r.o.

Specifically, we process the following data: name and surname, telephone number, e-mail, postal / billing address. The personal data provided is processed by e-mail. The length of processing is determined by Act no. 431/2002 Coll. on accounting and other relevant legislation.

Purpose 4: Newsletter

If you decide to subscribe to our newsletter, in this case the purpose of processing is to send our newsletter to the e-mail address of your choice.

The newsletter usually contains a summary of the current offer of wines and events we plan to attend, as well as news from our winery, which we think you might be interested in based on our previous cooperation. In exceptional cases, we help promote the products or services of our affiliates.

We process your personal data, specific name and e-mail address, on the basis of your consent in accordance with the provisions of GDPR Art. 6 a), until the day until you unsubscribe from the button or link located at the end of each newsletter.

Purpose 5: Social networks

In your activities on social networks, the Controller of the processing of your personal data is directly the social network (Facebook, Instagram), in the sense of the conditions between you and the company. Our processing operation is, for example, stating your name, surname, chosen nickname, and photo or video if you mark a post that you like or share. We may also tag you in photos, videos, and posts that we post. If you do not wish to be tagged, please adjust your privacy settings on the appropriate social network in the Settings section. We process our personal data on a legal basis of legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6, f), while fully respecting your right to dignity.

Purpose 6: Analysis, statistics

We use Google Analytics. Your user behavior is important feedback to us. We then adjust the content of the website accordingly so that it is as interesting as possible for you in terms of content. We have a legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6, paragraph 1, f) to ensure your maximum satisfaction. The personal information we process is the IP address, location, device from which you access, the length of time you spend on the website, the favorite times of site visitors, the interests and hobbies of site visitors. The data is processed by Google in an anonymized form and it is not possible to identify individual users using normal means. Aggregate numbers of visitors, top pages, articles, and search terms are available for 30 days, then are irreversibly overwritten with new data.

The second tool for improving the quality of our website is Jetpack from Automattic Inc. Thanks to this tool, we are able to monitor the performance of the site, such as the number of visitors and where they come from (direct social search and other resources). The data is processed in an anonymized form and it is not possible to identify individual users using common means. This operation is irregular in nature. Aggregate numbers of visitors, top sites, articles, and search terms are available until Jetpeck is deleted.

Purpose 7: Verification of age

In accordance with Act no. 219/1996 Coll., Act of the National Council of the Slovak Republic on Protection against the Abuse of Alcoholic Beverages and on the Establishment and Operation of Anti-Alcohol Detention Rooms, § 3, para. 1 – 3, we are obliged to ensure the unavailability of content (pages and articles) from which it is possible to sell wine. To prevent such unauthorized purchases, we ask visitors to confirm whether they are 18 years old. If you have set a cookie restriction in your browser, you will need to confirm your age repeatedly, otherwise your preference will remain recorded in accordance with our Cookies Policy.

As the person concerned, you have the right, on the basis of a written request (e-mail), to request from us as the Controller:

  • the transfer of her personal data, if it takes place in an automated form
  • object to profiling and automated processing

All legitimate requests of the data subject shall be met and the person concerned shall be informed in writing within 30 days of receipt. This is without prejudice to the right of the data subject to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Obligations of the person concerned (client)

The person concerned is obliged to provide only complete and true data.
The person concerned undertakes to update his data in the event of a change, at the latest before the execution of the first order following the change.
How we protect your data

Your data is stored for the duration of the contractual relationship in a secure PC unit and electronic database with the need for authorized access, which we protect against damage, destruction, loss or misuse.
All of our staff and support service providers who come into contact with your data have been properly instructed in their safe handling.
What data leakage processes do we have

In the event of a breach of personal data protection, we will inform you immediately, if such a breach could lead to a high risk to your rights.
