Elegant and fresh Blaufränkisch 2019 – Wild Beauty from an 50-year-old vineyard has a light ruby color. The aroma is dominated by fruit tones of overripe plums and cherries, complemented by white pepper and violets. Fresh and harmonic acids. Elegant, complex and medium-bodied body. Long and multi-layered distinctive aftertaste with a touch of spice. Wine intended for maturation in the archive.

The grapes fermented for 4 weeks in an open vat. Subsequently, it went to 300 l and 200 l French oak barrels, where it matured for 12 months. Then all the barrels were combined in a stainless steel container, where the wine matured before bottling for another 12 months.
