Bonka 2020 are naughty and whimsical bubbles produced by the UNTRADITIONAL method. Fresh mustard from Frankovka was added to the basic – still wine, which fermented the wine again and subsequently the secondary fermentation took place in a bottle. Each bottle is hand-painted. The basic wine is a couvée formed by varieties: Pinot blanc, Pesecká leánka, Veltlínske zelené, Chrupka biela and Frankovka modrá. While 80% of the wine comes from the year 2020 and 20% is Pinot blanc from the year 2019.
The aroma is fresh and fruity. The body is rich, structured and multi-layered, supplemented with fresh acids. This makes the wine fresh and juicy. The pearl is elegant and delicate with a long finish.
