Production method: Méthode Non Traditionnelle
The base wine consists of two vintages. 50% of the base wine is vintage 2020, which matured one year in wooden barrels, and 50% is vinatage 2021. Fermenting wine from vintage 2021 was mixed with wine from vintage 2020. Subsequently, natural secondary fermentation happens in bottles.
Variety composition of the base wine: 60% Pinot blanc, 15% Pinot noir and 25% is field blend from an old vineyard (Pesecká leánka, Grüner Veltliner, Blaufränkisch).
Unfined, unfiltered, undisgorged, zero dosage.
