Grüner Veltliner 2022 – Nóbl Sediment is a spicy and fresh Grüner Veltliner from a small vineyard ( 0,6 ha. ) that grows on volcanic soil in Brhlovce. The aroma is strong and spicy, gradually in the glass opens. Lychee. White pepper. A larger cup suits the wine. Fresh and harmonious acids give the body a firm structure. The body of the wine is elegant, medium light and complex. The long and strong aftertaste with a touch of white pepper at the end is captivating and intoxicating. The grand duke of Central Europen grapes.

The grapes were on the skins for 7 days. The wine matured for twelve months in oak barrels. The wine was not clarified. Noble sediment is a natural part of this spicy wine.
