Pesecká Leánka, our local variety, has gradually developed in my interpretation over the past years. From a young princess, she has evolved into an emancipated woman. Pesecká Leánka with longer skin contact.
Pesecká Leánka 2023 is earthy and at the same time fruity wine. The aroma is dominated by oranges and apricots, which are complemented by the exotic scent of cloves, with a touch of meadow flowers in the background. The acids are pronounced but rounded. The body has a solid structure, built on fine -grown-up mellow tannins. The aftertaste is long and pronounced, with a touch of minerality. Approachable wine that can also be paired with heavier or exotic dishes.

Mid-September. Harvested by hand into small crates (18-20 kg) in order to keep the grapes as intact as possible.
Winemaking
The grapes are gently destemmed, crushed and then macerated skins for 7 days in open top vats, with only the gentlest of punchdowns to avoid over-extraction.
The must is moved into stainless steel tank while still fermenting. Wine matured 9 in stainless steel tank. The wine was not clarified. Noble sediment is a natural part of this wine.
